This privacy policy governs the way in which NISOS GMBH, (we will use the abbreviation "NISOS" instead), uses, maintains and discloses information provided and collected from users ("User") of this website ("Site").
This privacy policy applies to the Site and to all products and services offered by NISOS GMBH.

NISOS - BCA follows the practice of the Olympic Committee in their Olympic Charter (June 2019): 'The masculine gender is used in relation to any physical person and shall, unless there is a specific provision to the contrary, be understood as including the feminine gender.'

The copyright of this Site with all its contents is protected. Usage of all information provided via the Site is only permitted for your personal information. All other forms of usages are not permitted, e.g., storage in data bases, duplication, any form of commercial usage, and passing information to third parties.

4. Virus protection awareness

We check and test material at all stages of production. However, 100% safety concerning virus or other attacks can never be reached. Therefore, we strongly recommend to run an anti-virus program on all material downloaded from the Internet including our Site. We cannot accept any responsibility for any loss, disruption or damage to your data or your computer that may occur whilst using material derived from this Site.

5. Data requests and processing of information concerning the Site
Personal identification information from Users will only be collected if such information is voluntarily submitted to us. We store your data safely and do not pass it to third parties, except for cases in that this is necessary for providing the services, or for processing your personal data in safe manner, or when legal requirements necessitate this. We do not trade, rent, or sell Users personal identification information to others. Aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users may be shared with our business partners and/or advertisers for the purposes outlined above. We may use service providers that help operating our business and the Site or to administer activities on our behalf, such as sending out newsletters. NISOS may cooperate with various social networks like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc. By clicking the according 'Icon', you agree that you start communicating with the selected platform and that information about you is transferred to the selected social network. In case you log in at a selected social network, this platform can count the visit at our website as a visit at their website.
